SMC TUMALON SA NO. 43 SA WORLD’S BEST EMPLOYER LIST NG FORBES

Bago matapos ang taon, pinatayunan ng San Miguel Corporation (SMC) na isa ito sa best employer sa buong mundo.

Inokupahan ng SMC ang No 43 spot sa World’s Best Employer list ng Forbes.

Ang iba pang kompanya sa Pilipinas na pasok sa listahan ay ang Security Bank (54), Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company o Metro Bank (162), Ayala Corporation (186), Alliance Global (283), Land Bank (304), LT Group (361) at SM Investment (420).

Isang karangalan para kay President at Chief Executive Officer ng SMC na si Ramon Ang ang mapasama sa listahan.

“This just goes to show that Filipinos can compete and run proudly with the very best in the world,” aniya. “It also shows that given the right training, motivation, support, and a sense of a higher purpose, the Filipino workforce is highly motivated, effective, dedicated, and therefore fulfilled in their work,” dagdag pa nito.

Ayon sa Forbes.com, natukoy ang ranking sa pamamagitan ng isinagawang survey ng market research firm na Statista, na saklaw ang mahigit sa 170,000 employees na nagtatrabaho sa iba’t ibang multinational companies at institutions mula sa higit 50 bansa sa buong mundo.

Kasama rin ang SMC sa Time Magazine’s list ng World’s Best Companies para sa taong 2023, kung saan sumulong ito sa ika-347 na puwesto.
