Nakaangat sa tie break si GM Rogelio “Joey” Antonio Jr. Kaya naman, nasikwat niya kampeonato sa 1st Professional Chess Association of the Philippines (PCAP) national try out sa lichess.org nitong Sabado.
Nag-tie si Antonio sa first-second places kay United States based GM Mark Paragua na may tig 10.5 points sa 12 rounds Swiss System.
Ito ay may 3 minutes plus 2 seconds increment time control format na inilatag ni Atty.Paul Elauria.
Dahil sa highest tiebreak points, nakuha ni Antonio ang titulo. Second place naman si Paragua.
Ang mga nakapasok sa top 10 ay sina Fide Master Arden Reyes (3rd); Grandmaster Oliver Barbosa (4th); Ellan Asuela (5th); International Master Chito Garma (6th); International Master Ronald Dableo Rivera (7th); Kyle Ochoa; (8th) John Michael Silvederio (9th); at Jiggy Miguel Vicente (10th).
