HULI SA STATUTORY RAPE! Machine Operator, No. 3 Most Wanted sa Valenzuela, Timbog

HIMAS-REHAS ang 21-anyos na machine operator na akusado sa statutory rape matapos matimbog ng pulisya sa manhunt operation sa Valenzuela City.

Ayon kay Valenzuela police chief P/Col. Nixon Cayaban, nakatanggap sila ng impormasyon na naispatan sa Brgy. Paso De Blas ang presensya ng akusado na residente ng at nakatala bilang No. 3 Top Most Wanted Person sa lungsod.

Agad inatasan ni Col. Cayaban ang Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) na tugisin ang akusado hanggang sa makorner ito sa West Service Road, Barangay Paso De Blas.

Ang akusado ay binitbit ng mga tauhan ng WSS sa bisa ng warrant of arrest para sa dalawang bilang ng Statutory Rape under Article 266-A, Paragraph 1(d) of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A. 11648 na inisyu ng Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 283, Valenzuela City, noong October 23, 2024.

Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ng akusado na nakapiit ngayon sa custodial facility unit ng Valenzuela police habang hinihintay ang pagpapalabas ng commitment order mula sa hukuman.

Pinuri ni P/BGen. Josefino Ligan, District Director ng Northern Police District ang Valenzuela Police sa kanilang dediskasyon at professionalism. “This arrest is another step forward in our relentless efforts to bring justice to victims and ensure public safety across CAMANAVA,” pagdidiin niya.
