NAVOTAS NAITALA ANG LOWEST ATTACK RATE SA NCR (Sa dalawang magkasunod na linggo)

Nakapagtala muli ang Navotas City ng pinakamababang bilang ng bagong kaso ng COVID-19 bawat araw sa buong Metro Manila.

Nagrehistro ang lungsod ng 19 average na bagong kaso bawat araw mula May 3 hanggang 9, 2021.  Ito ay -32% na mas mababa noong nakaraang linggong report na 33 cases bawat araw.

Ayon sa Octa Research Group, ang Navotas ay nagreshistro ng 7.12 average daily attack rate (ADAR), ang pinakamababa sa buong region.

“Our fight against COVID is still long, especially now that the variant from India has entered our country. We need to protect the gains we have achieved by taking part in our vaccination program, obeying the community quarantine rules, and following the minimum health protocols. Let us stop this pandemic. Let us keep each other safe,” dagdag niya.

Noong nakaraang linggo, ipinahayag ng Octa Research Group ang pangangailangan para bawasan ng Metro Manila LGU ang kanilang ADAR na mas mababa sa 10% bawat 100,000 populasyon para umusad sa moderate risk classification  ang rehiyon. Nitong May 11, nagtala ang Navotas ng 213 active cases, 10,063 recoveries, at 344 ang mga namatay.
