Naglabas ng immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) ang Department of Justice (DOJ) laban sa 43 indibidwal na umano’y sangkot sa kuwestiyonableng flood control projects ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Ayon sa DOJ, ang ILBO ay nag-aatas sa Bureau of Immigration (BI) na mahigpit na bantayan ang pagbiyahe sa labas ng bansa ng mga taong nasa listahan habang nagpapatuloy ang imbestigasyon.
Kasama sa mga sinasabing sangkot ay mga opisyal ng DPWH at mga may-ari o opisyal ng mga construction firms na umano’y nakinabang sa maanomalyang kontrata.

Ang ILBO ay inilabas kasunod ng kahilingan ni DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon sa DOJ na bantayan ang mga sangkot na opisyal at kontratista habang nagpapatuloy ang imbestigasyon sa maanomalyang flood control projects.Nilinaw ng DOJ na ang ILBO ay hindi pa travel ban, magsisilbing babala at bantay upang hindi makatakas ang mga posibleng sangkot sa isyu.
