Muling nagbalik si Alexander ‘Ali’ B Sulit sa Philippine Judo Federation bilang presidente. Ito’y batay sa naging resulta ng election noong December 13, 2021. Bago nito, naging NSA’s Sports Director siya noong 2008-2012. Naging ex-official Board Member bilang NCR Judo President noong 2012-2016.
Tumakbo rin ang 46-anyos na si Sulit sa ilalim ng Ateneo Jusdo varsity teams. Kung saan ay napantayan ang kanyang coaching feat sa Jujitsu. Na kumamig ng 5 gold, 3 silver at 3 bronze medlas noong 30th SEA Games.
“Grassroots is important because that is going to be the future of Philippine judo,” ani Sulit. Kaisa rin siya sa adhikain ng Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
“It is a matter of teaching people how to fish and just give it to them,”aniya.
