Sa resolusyon na inaprubahan ng Senado, dapat din daw isama ang mga nagpapatagal o ayaw magsumite ng dokumento kaugnay sa mga imbestigasyon ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Commission on Audit (COA).
Kasama rin dito ang buong executive board at maging si Morales.
Bitin daw si Senate President Tito Sotto sa naunang suspension order ng Office of the Ombudsman.
Sa utos ng Ombudsman, suspendido ng anim na buwan ang dati at kasalukuyang 13 opisyal ng PhilHealth.
Kasama sa kanila sina dating PhilHealth President Roy B. Ferrer, dating interim President Celestina Ma. Jude dela Serna, dating Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ruben John A. Basa, Senior Vice President for management services Dennis S. Mas, Vice President for corporate affairs and spokesperson Shirley B. Domingo, Senior Vice President for legal Rodolfo Del Rosario Jr., Senior Vice President for health finance policy Israel Pargas, acting Senior Manager for operations Leila Tuazon, Vice President for quality assurance group Clementine A. Bautista, former Group Vice President Angelito Grande, former Head Executive Assistant Raul Dominic Badilla, Eugenio G. Donatos II at Lawrence Mijares.
Hindi malinaw kung sa anong kaso sila suspendido. Sabi naman ng PhilHealth hindi pa raw natatanggap ang order ng Ombudsman at saka na rin daw magbibigay ng pahayag ang naturang mga opisyal.
