NAMAHAGI ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Navotas ng cash incentives ngayong taon sa mga estudyanteng nagtapos sa pampublikong elementarya at senior high schools.
Sa bilang na ito, 3,810 ang Grade 6 at 2,067 ang Grade 12 completers kung saan nakatanggap sila ng P500 at P1,000, respectively.
“We want to honor and show our appreciation to our graduates for pursuing their education, especially despite the challenges of the pandemic. The past school years have been difficult, but they persevered with the help and guidance of their parents and teachers,” ani Mayor John Rey Tiangco.
Samantala, ang mga nagtapos sa Navotas Polytechnic College ay makakatanggap din ng P1,500 sa August.
Nagsimula ang Navotas na namahagi ng cash incentives sa mga nagtapos noong 2019 alinsunod sa City Ordinance 2019-3.
“We hope that through this incentive, our students will be motivated to finish their schooling or help them in their pre-employment needs,” dagdag ni Tiangco.
