ANG Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Navotas, sa pangunguna ni Mayor John Rey Tiangco, ay nagbigay ng mas maraming serbisyong medikal at kalusugan sa mga Navoteño.
Sa unang 100 araw ng panunungkulan ni Tiangco, may 531 Navoteño ang nakinabang sa Navotas Hospitalization Program.
Ang Navotas City Hospital (NCH) ay nagbigay ng kabuuang 54,086 services at procedures, kabilang ang 507 live births, 14,878 emergency cases, 3,866 face-to-face outpatient consultations, at iba pang serbisyo sa ospital tulad ng ultrasound, x-ray, at laboratory services.
Nagbigay din ang lungsod ng libreng flu at pneumococcal vaccine sa 630 na mga nakatatanda gayundin ang 1,266 libreng dialysis treatment.
Bukod dito, 701 Navoteños ang naka-enroll sa PhilHealth at 710 Navoteño indigents ang nakatanggap ng tulong medikal sa pamamagitan ng PhilHealth Point of Service.
May 250 Navoteño ang nakarehistro sa PhilHealth Konsulta, isang pinalawak na primary care benefit package mula sa ahensya. Ang NCH ay ang unang accredited Konsulta provider facility sa CAMANAVA area.
May 2,783 Navoteño naman ang nakakuha ng kanilang unang dosis ng COVID-19 vaccine; 3,371, ang 2nd dosis, 11,064 ang 1st booster at 9,881 ang 2nd booster.
Pinasinayaan din ng Navotas ang COVID-19 vaccine cold room na may bio-refrigerator, mga ultra-low temperature na freezer na maaaring umabot sa -86℃, at mga single insulation transport cooler.
“The pandemic not only took a toll on the physical health of Navoteños, it also affected their mental well-being. For the people to live a better life, they need to be of sound mind and body,” ani Mayor John Rey Tiangco.
“We believe that the healthier the people are, the more they become productive. Thus, we place a high priority on our preventive and curative health care programs,” dagdag niya.
Ang Dietary Supplementation program ay nakinabang din ang 573 Navoteños at 528 Navoteño ang nakinabang sa Supplemental Feeding Program ng lungsod habang 576 naman ang mula sa Nutrition in Emergency program.
