Inihayag ng Pangulo ang kanyang Plano matapos ang ginawa nitong pag-iinspeksyon sa ‘Clark Multi-Specialty Medical Center’ sa Pampanga.
Layon ng proyekto na maghatid ng specialized healthcare sa mga Filipino sa labas ng Metro Manila.
“This is not a single project that stands on its own alone. This part of a larger system of healthcare provision that we are putting together to service our kababayans so that they don’t have to wait to get very, very sick before they go to the big hospitals,” saad niya sa kanyang talumpati.
“We are bringing healthcare down to the people,” saad ni Marcos.
Layunin ng Pangulo na mabigyan ng medical treatments ang mahihirap nating kababayan.
“We will establish rural healthcare units. We will establish barangay centers. We will establish botica de barangay,” saad niya.
