Iniluklok bilang bagong Pangulo ng Philippine Rugby Football Union (PRFU) si Ada Milby. Si Ada ay kapatid ng actor-singer na si Sam Milby.
Ang pagkakatalaga bilang bagong pangulo ng PRFU ni Milby ay dahil sa boto ng 15 Seniors Club Representatives. Gayundin ng Board of trustees.
Nangyari ang election noong December 15 sa idinaos na yearly General Assembly Meeting. Ito’y inilatag sa pamamagitan ng zoom.
Si Milby ang pumalit kay Ricky Santos/ Kung saan, naihalal naman ito bilang Secretary General ng PRFU.
Ang halalan ay naging opisyal na nasaksihan ni POC Membership Committee head Valeriano ‘Bones’ Floro. Gayundin nina Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Commissioner Charles Maxey at Asia Rugby Federation official Ghaith Jalajel.
