PANGASINAN KAMPEON SA PNVF U18 CHAMPIONSHIPS (Sa tulong ng kanilang coach na Math Teacher)

Dahil sa pagsisikap at tiyaga ng kanilang coach na Math teacher, nakuha ng Umingan National High School ang kauna-unahang titulo sa men’s volleyball ng Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) Under-18 Championships noong Abril 29, sa Rizal Memorial Coliseum.

“It’s tough, too tough, we’ve gone through much challenges,” masayang sambit ni Coach Eusebio Solis, head ng Mathematics department, pagkatapos padapain ng kanyang team ang VNS-Savouge, 25-23, 23-25, 23-25, 25-17, 16-14, para maiuwi ang boys crown ng championships na inorganisa ng PNVF sa pamumuno ni Ramon “Tats” Suzara.

“But we proved something with this victory, that we, provincial teams, could stay in stride or even beat the strong teams from the big city,” dagdag pa ni Solis.

Humataw sa Umingan si Michael Angelo Fernandez na ginawaran bilang boys’ Most Valuable Player at First Best Open Hitter.
