Manny Villar ginawaran ng honorary degree ng University of Manila

Iginawad ng University of Manila ang honorary Doctor of Laws degree sa bilyonaryo at dating Senator Manny Villar sa isang seremonya ngayong araw.

Nagpasalamat naman si Villar, may-ari ng real estate empire, sa unibersidad para sa parangal na kanyang natanggap.

Ibinahagi ng dating senador ang larawan ng school recognition sa kanyang Facebook page. Ang kaganapan ay kasabay ng graduation ceremony ng University of Manila.

“Proud and humbled by the Doctor of Laws, Honoris Causa, conferred upon me by the Universidad de Manila. My deepest gratitude to the officials, faculty, and the entire UdM community especially its former head, Malou Tiquia and its current President, Ma. Felma Carlos-Tria,” saad niya.

Pinayuhan din ni Villar ang batch ng mga nagsipagtapos ngayon taon sa University of Manila na taasan ang kanilang pangarap.

“And to the graduating class of 2022, congratulations! Go out there and dream big for your family and for the country,” saad niya.
