Kaya naman, naitala ng Los Angeles ang 2-0 lead sa best-of-seven series. Ito rin ang unang pagkakataon na naka abanse ng 2-0 lead si LeBron James sa kanyang 10th finals appearance.
Nanguna sa panalo ng Lakers si James na nagsalpak ng 33 points, 8 boards at 9 assists. Nag-ambag naman si Anthony Davis ng 32 points at 14 boards.
Nakipagsabayan ang Heat sa umpisa ng laro. Pero, umalagwa ang Lakers at lumamang ng 16 points sa first half.
Pinilit humabol ng Heat gamit ang quick offense at zone defense. Ngunit, may sagot lagi ang Lakers sa opensa at depensa.
