LeBron, Donovan Mitchell, dismayado sa desisyon ng korte kaugnay sa Breonna Taylor shooting incident

Dismayado ang ilang NBA players sa desisyon ng korte kaugnay sa Breonna Taylor case.

Inabsuwelto kasi ng grand jury ang mga police officers na sangkot sa shooting insident. Si Taylor ay isang Black-American na binaril ng 3 pulis sa kanyang bahay.

“The walls of Taylor’s neighbor’s got more justice than she did,” ani Lakers star LeBron James, kaugnay sa court’s decision. Bukod kay James, mas dismayado si former Louisville star at Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell.

“I don’t even know where to begin… to say I’m angry, sad, disgusted is an understatement,” saad ni Mitchell sa kanyang Instagram account.

“Louisville is a city that had become my second home. So, this one fell personal for me.”

“As an African American, I am hurting not just for Breonna Taylor. But, for every victim that has come about due to police brutality.”

Dahil sa desisyon ng grand jury, nagkaroon ng night protest at backlash sa Louisville.
