Kung matatandaan, inilagak sa ospital ang 69-anyos na Panamian boxer pagkatapos na positisbo siya sa Covid-19. Subalit ngayon, unti-unti nang nakarerecover ang boksingero ayon sa kanyang anak na si Robin.
“Thank God for now he doesn’t have symptoms beyond a cold. He is not in intensive care nor on a respirator, just under observation,” ani Robin.
“We’ll be passing on more information over the days.”
Kaugnay sa lagay ng boxer, naglabas ng isang larawan ang pamilya ng dating four-weight division world champ mula sa pinaglagakang ospital sa pamamagitan ng Instagram ng page ng World Boxing Council.
They wrote: “The Duran family asked The WBC to notify the entire boxing community that our great champion, Roberto Duran, is in very good spirits and on his way to recovery!” anila.
