EMPLOYER NI RANARA PINATAWAN NG ‘PREVENTIVE SUSPENSION’

Naglabas na ng kautusan para sa preventive suspension sa employer ni Jullebee Ranara ang Department of Migrant Workers.

Sinabi ni DMW Undersecretary Bernard Olalia, sa pagsusuri sa kaso ay nagsampa ang Department of Migrant Workers laban sa employer.
“Ang ibig sabihin ng preventive suspension ay hindi siya puwedeng mag-hire ng OFW ngayon at kailanman. The preventive suspension will later on lead to a blacklisting upon the termination of the proceedings,” sabi ni Olalia.

Nakatakda ring magsampa ng kaso ang DMW sa recruitment agencies ni Ranara.

“After examination of the facts involved, by next week, there will be a recruitment violation case that will be filed against the PRA (Philippine recruitment agency) and the FRA (foreign recruitment agency) involved,” sabi ni Olalia.

Kasunod ng pagkamatay ni Ranara, ang DMW ay magsasagawa ng pagpupulong sa lahat ng local recruitment agencies na nagpapadala ng household services workers sa Kuwait upang talakayin ang mga isyu at alalahanin kaugnay sa deployment sa nasabing bansa.
