Inihayag ni dating WWE star Kurt Angle na tinanggihan niya ang inalok na kontrata ng WWE. Ang kontrata ay inalok ni Triple H sa kanya.

“I talked to Triple H about not so much going down there a lot but being on the phone or on a Zoom call with the wrestlers and talking to them, going over film, going over there technique [and] talking to them about promos,” aniya.

Muling sumabak sa ring si Angle noong 2017. Ngunit, nagretire buhat nang matalo kay Baron Corbon sa Wrestlemania 35.

Nagtrabaho bilang behind the scenes producer at agent si Angle. Naging bahagi rin siya ng Coronavirus staff. Naging guest referee sa NXT ang 51-anyos na wrestler.

“That’s the reason why I didn’t take the job at WWE because I wanted to work more on my supplement company and make sure it succeeds.”
