MAITUTURING na ngayon na “pugante” si Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Apollo Quiboloy, ayon sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Ito’y matapos mabigo ang mga awtoridad na hanapin ang kinaroronan ng naturang pastor para silbihan ng arrest warrant laban sa kanya.
Binisita ng mga awtoridad ang posibleng pinagtataguan ni Quiboloy para isilbi ang warrant, kabilang ang KOJC compound sa Davao City, at mga properties ni Quiboloy sa Island Garden City sa Samal, ayon kay NBI Southeastern Mindanao chief Archie Albao. “We are not sure that he is still here in Davao, but we are pretty sure that he is still here in the Philippines kasi based sa record ng Immigration, hindi sila lumabas ng country,” ayon kay Albao.
“Under the law, if you are not arrested, you are considered as fugitive from justice,” dagdag niya.
Nakikipagnegosasyon na rin ang NBI sa kampo ni Quiboloy na sumuko sa mga awtoridad.
Ayon kay Albao, mahigpit na tinututukan ng tracker at arresting team ng NBI, Philippine National Police, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, at intelligence community ang naturang kaso.
