PBA officials, players at coaches, excited sa restart ng training

Excited na ang bumubuo sa PBA dahil sa muling pagri-restart ng training sa susunod na linggo. Ito ay bunsod ng pagsasailalim sa Metro Manila sa GCQ.

Isa na rito si Barangay Ginebra coach Tim Cone. Ayon kay PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial, magri-resume ang work-out sa Agosto 25. ‘O kaya mas maaga pa rito.

Gayunman, gagabayan ng kinauukulan ang training sessions sa ilalim ng strict health protocols.

 “We just (had a Zoom session) with everyone and they are all excited,” saad  ni Ginebra coach Tim Cone.

Aniya, sasailalim ang players ng Ginebra sa swab testing sa SMC sa bukas. Gayundin ang sister team nito na Magnolia Hot Shots.

Ang ibang players naman ng ibang team ay kukunan ng swab test sa Makati Medical Center. Isasagawa ito sa Huwebes at Biyernes.

Kinakailangang mag-negative sa COVID-19 test ang isang player bago ito sumali sa workouts.

Kung magpositibo  naman ang players at coaches, sasailalim sila sa 14 day quarantine. Pero, tuloy ang practice ng mga nag-negative sa test.

 “We’re looking at getting tested tomorrow (Wednesday) and then back to work doing workouts whenever the results arrived,” ani Cone.
