NAVOTAS ITINAMPOK ANG COVID-19 TRACKER SA CODE TEAM

IPINAKITA ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Navotas sa Coordinated Operations to Defeat Epidemic (CODE) team ang web application na dinebelop nito para ma-monitor ang pagtugon ng lungsod sa COVID-19 pandemic.

“We have developed the Navotas City Health COVID-19 tracker to help us monitor and assess our actions taken, identify and address problems, and craft data-informed decisions to curb the further transmission of the virus,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.

Makikita sa nasabing app ang live statistics sa bilang at katayuan ng confirmed cases, kung nasabihan na ba sila ng resulta ng test, nailipat sa isolation facilities, o pinauwi na at mayroon ding tracking ng mga contacts, iskedyul ng kanilang swab test, ang kanilang test results, o kung dinala sila o pinauwi na mula sa isolation facilities.

Malugod na tinanggap ni Congressman John Rey Tiangco ang CODE team na binubuo nina Budget Sec. Wendel Avisado, MMDA Gen. Manager Jojo Garcia, DILG National Barangay Operations Office Dir. Dennis Villaseñor, Department of Health–National Capital Region Asst. Regional Director Paz Corrales, at Dr. Eleanor Galvez ng National Incident Command.

Pinasalamatan ng mambabatas ang national government sa malaking tulong na suporta sa kasalukuyang 47% ng city’s positivity rate.

“Navotas has been able to decrease its positivity rate because of intensified community testing, contact tracing and isolation and treatment. We were able to achieve much because our national government has been helping us every step of the way,” ani Cong. Tiangco.

Samantala, ipinakita ni City Health Officer Dr. Christia Padolina ang mga hakbangin sa lungsod sa paglaban sa COVID-19.

Iniulat ni Padolina na noong Setyembre 6, ang lungsod ay nagsagawa ng 29,029 swab test o humigit-kumulang 11% ng 267,000 populasyon nito.
