MECQ EXTENDED: ANO PAGBABAGO SA LOOB NG BUBBLE?

PINALAWIG pa ang modified enhanced community quarantine sa Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal at Laguna at Cavite.

Ayon sa mga opisyales ang dagdag na dalawang linggo na MECQ ay “flexible” kung saan papayagan ang mas maraming negosyo na mag-operate.

Pinalawig ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang MECQ kasabay ng paghingi ng paumanhin, habang hinimok ang mga residente na nasa loob ng bubble na makipagtulungan.

Ang naturang desisyon ay upang tulungan makahinga ang ating health system habang patuloy ang paglobo ng kaso ng COVID-19 na umabot na sa higit 1 milyon.

Naguguluhan? Narito ang dapat ninyong asahan sa loob ng 14-day extension.

Curfew

Mas paiiksiin ang curfew sa Metro Manila mula alas-10 ng gabi hanggang alas-4:00 ng madaling araw simula Mayo 1.

Dapat pa rin manatili ang mga residente sa kanilang tahanan anumang oras, maliban sa authorized people outside of residents (APOR). Isa lamang sa pamilya ang pupuwedeng lumabas para bumili ng pagkain at gamot. Base sa omnibus IATF guidelines, ang maaring lumabas ay edad 21 hanggang 60.

Ano ang papayagang business sa MECQ?

Papayagan ng buong kapasidad: hospitals, medical manufacturing, agro-forestry and delivery, and courier services, media, BPO, e-commerce, postal and courier services, real estate, rental and leasing of vehicles and equipment, housing services, and employment activities.

50% kapasidad: manufacturing, administrative support, financial services including money exchange, legal, advertising and market research, publishing, photography, fashion design, graphic and interior design, wholesale and trade of vehicle parts, vehicle repairs, malls (subject to DTI rules), restaurant takeout and delivery.

Magpapatuloy naman ang operasyon ng pampublikong transportasyon na limitado lamang ang kapasidad sa MECQ areas tulad ng ECQ areas. Hinihikayat ang pagbibisikleta.

Pagtitipon

Papayagan naman ang religious gathering tulad ng misa na may 10% kapasidad sa venue at maaring gawing 30% depende sa LGU.

Papayagan din ang pagtitipon sa burol at libing sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng MECQ na limitado lang para sa miyembro ng mga pamilya. Ipinagbabawal ang non-religious gatherings sa labas ng tahanan sa ilalim pa rin ng MECQ.

Food at dining

Bawal pa rin ang dine-in. Tulad ng ECQ take-out at deliveries lamang ang pinapayagan.

Ang mga negosyo na pinayagan na mag-operate noong ECQ ay papapayagan pa rin sa MECQ.
