MAGKAPATID NA TIANGCO NAGPASALAMAT KAY PBBM SA PAGLAGDA NG RA 12052

TAOS pusong nagpasalamat sina Mayor John Rey Tiangco at Congressman Toby Tiangco kay Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. sa paglagda nito sa Republic Act No. 12052, na nagbibigay daan para sa pagtatatag ng tatlong karagdagang sangay ng Regional Trial Court at dalawang sangay ng Metropolitan Trial Court sa Navotas.

“We thank President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. for signing Republic Act No. 12052, which paves the way for the establishment of three additional Regional Trial Court branches and two Metropolitan Trial Court branches in Navotas. This legislation will significantly enhance the delivery of justice for our residents by reducing case backlogs and ensuring quicker resolution of legal matters that impact their daily lives”, pahayag ni Mayor Tiangco.

“This milestone is especially meaningful, as when I was in Congress, I also filed House Bill 3013 to address the need for more accessible and efficient justice services in our city”, dagdag niya.

“These additional court branches are a significant and much-needed step toward easing the heavy caseloads faced by our existing courts. This will help ensure more timely justice and greater efficiency in resolving cases for our community”, sabi naman ni Cong. Toby Tiangco.

“The original House Bill 3013 was filed by then-Congressman and now Mayor John Rey Tiangco. We re-filed it to address the needs of our growing community and to help prevent delays in the resolution of cases in our local courts”, dagdag niya.
