Gumaling sa COVID-19, lagpas 40K! – DOH

PUMALO na sa 161,253 ang kabuuang bilang ng COVID-19 cases sa Pilipinas, dahil sa 3,420 na mga bagong kaso ng sakit.

Ayon sa Department of Health (DOH), resulta ng submission ng 99 mula sa 105 laboratoryo ang iniulat na higit 3,000 new cases ngayong araw.

Mula sa mga bagong reported cases, 80% o 2,745 ang nag-positibo sa nakalipas na 14 na araw.

“The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were NCR (1,594), Region 4A (619), and Region 7 (86).”

Ang active cases o mga nagpapagaling pa na binabantayan ngayon ang lagay ay nasa 46,002. Binubuo ito ng 90.7% na mga mild, 6.7% na asymptomatic, 1.1% na severe, at 1.5% na mga critical cases.

Samantala, dahil sa patuloy na implementasyon ng Oplan Recovery, umakyat na sa 112,586 ang total recoveries. Nag-ulat ang ahensya ng aabot sa 40,397 na bagong gumaling.

“914 were based on what was reported, while 39,483 were time-based recoveries.”

Nasa 65 additional deaths din ang ni-report ng Health department, kaya ang total ng mga namatay ay 2,665.

“There were 85 duplicates that were removed from total case count. Of these, five recovered cases have been removed. Moreover, there were 15 cases that were previously reported as recovered but after final validation, they were 12 deaths and three active cases.”
