The Labor department has opened a contactless, online site to accomodate labor complaints experienced by abused employees particularly during the pandemic quarantine lockdown.

Upang maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID, itinatag ng ahensya ang Single Entry Approach (SENA) o ang preliminary mediation and conciliation in attempt to fix right away labor problems arising between employer and their employee bago lumala at dumami ang problema ng dalawang partido.
Ang SENA ay existing mechanism ng Labor department done face to face to prevent strikes and lockdowns at the enterprise level. Naging successful ang pamamagitan nanito ng Labor dept. nguni’t natigil dahil sa pandemic.
