DEVIN BOOKER AT KARL ANTHONY TOWNS, BALAK LAMBATIN NG NEW YORK KNICKS

May posibilidad na makita nang naglalaro sa koponang New York Knicks ang ilang de-kalibreng point guards sa NBA sa hinaharap. Ayon sa sources, interesadong magkasa ng trade ang Knicks na malambat sina Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker, Bradley Beal ng Washington Wizards at Damian Lillard ng Portland TrailBlazers.

Napasama rin sa listahan ang pangalan ni Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl Anthony Towns.

“I’m surprised no one mentions Bradley Beal as a potential future “disgruntled star” that the Knicks could trade for. I feel like he could be perfect for the Knicks and actually worth giving up the future 1sts and some players,” pahayag ni Kevin M ng New York Post.

Sa katayuan naman ni Lillard, interesado aniya siyang maglaro sa New York noon pa man.

 “I thought I was headed [to the Knicks] a few years ago. I was hearing trade rumors. The Garden is my favorite place to play,” ani Lillard.

Gayunman, inihayag ng source na mas interesado ang Knicks na makuha si Booker at Towns dahil gusto ito ni Knicks president Leon Rose. Interesado rin aniya si Rose na mabingwit si Timberwolves coach Tom Thibodeau na magtimon sa Knicks.

Sina Booker at Towns ay kapwa kliyente ni Rose na naglaro noon sa Kentucky, na nangangahulugang kadikit ni Knicks adviser William Wesley.
