BONGBONG HINDI GRADUATE DEGREE SA OXFORD UNIVERSITY

HINDI nagtapos ng degree sa Oxford University si dating Senator Ferdinand Marcos, ayon sa mga Filipinong estudyante at miyembro ng Oxford Philippines Society.

Ito’y para itama ang kumakalat na “misinformation” kaugnay sa pagkakilanlan ng naturang senador.

Anila, mayroon lamang Special Diploma sa nasabing unibersidad si Marcos, na hindi katumbas ng degree.

“We, students with Filipino roots and members of the Oxford Philippines Society, are concerned with the continuing misinformation relating to the academic qualifications of Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos, Jr.

“Bongbong Marcos did not finish his Degree. This was officially confirmed by Oxford University in 2015. Bongbong Marcos has been awarded a Special Diploma in Social Studies in 1978. A Special Diploma is not a degree, and neither is it comparable, superior nor equivalent to one,” lahad ng grupo sa inilabas na pahayag sa Facebook.

“A Special Diploma is not a course of higher education leading to an undergraduate or first degree or even a master’s degree,” dagdag nito. Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni Marcos na: “I earned a diploma in political science at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University in England in 1978.”
