BOC kinilala top taxpayers at importers nitong 2022

Kinilala ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) Post Clearance Audit Group (PCAG) ang top taxpayers at importers para sa Calendar Year 2022 na sumunod sa pagbabayad ng buwis.

Isinagawa ng PCAG ang awarding ceremony noong Pebrero 15 sa Bureu of Customs, Port Area, Manila.

Dumalo sa nasabing event ang mga senior officials, representatives mula sa iba’t ibang kompanya at senior management ng PCAG.

“We recognize and value our stakeholders for their contributions to the revenue generation of our country, enabling the national government to provide better welfare support and implement national development programs dedicated to improving the lives of our citizens,” saad ni Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio.

“In return, we will ensure to heed the feedback of our stakeholders and consider their evaluations to improve Customs services and procedures for efficient trade facilitation,” dagdag pa ng opisyal.

Ang  Mondelez Philippines, Inc., Japan Tobacco International, Inc., at  Glaxosmithkline Philippines, Inc. ang nanguna sa top 20 importers noong nakaraang taon.

Ang top 10 taxpayer batay sa ibinayad na buwis ay ang:

– Mondelez Philippines Inc

– JT International (Philippines) Inc.

– GlaxoSmithKline Philippines, Inc.

– Unilever Philippines, Inc.

– Chevron Philippines Inc.

– Nestle Philippines Inc.

– Novartis Health Care Phils Inc.

– Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation

– Fast Retailing Philippines Inc.

– Toyota Motor Philippines.

Samantala ang top five taxpayer batay sa voluntary compliance at ang:

– Nestle Philippines Inc.

– Wyeth Philippines Inc.

– JT International (Philippines) Inc.

– Mondelez Philippines Inc.

– Henkel Philippines Applied Technologies Inc. / Henkel Philippines, Inc.

Nangako si Commissioner Rubio na lalo pang pag-iibayuhin ang pangongolekta ng buwis na mahalaga para maipatupad ng gobyerno ang mga programa at proyekto nito na makapagpapagaan sa buhay ng mga Filipino.
