AIRASIA PINALAKAS CABIN BAGGAGE POLICY

ISINUSULONG ng Air Asia Philippine ang isang mas ligtas at mas magandang travel experience para sa lahat ng guests, sa pamamagitan ng mas mahigpit ng cabin baggage policy simula sa Agosto 15, 2024.

Ipinaliwanag ni AirAsia Communications and Public Affairs Head and First Officer Steve Dailisan, na sa ilalim ng cabin baggage policy, bawat guest ay papayagan na magdala ng pinagsamang kabuuang timbang na 7 kilogram na binubuo ng isang cabin baggage at isang maliit na personal item onboard.

Maaring magdala ang mga guest ng isang trolley bag o backpack na may maximum dimension na 56 cm (height) x 36 cm (width) x 23 cm (diameter) at dapat magkasya sa seat sa front ng guest.


     “Our cabin baggage policy is in place to support on-time departures by ensuring a faster and seamless boarding and disembarking process. By adhering to this policy, we help avoid congestion that can negatively impact the guest experience, particularly during boarding and disembarkation. Compliance also ensures fair access to overhead compartments for all guests, maintaining both safety and comfort,” aniya.

Pinaalalahanan din ni Dailisan ang mga pasahero na ang mga na hindi counted ang mga items na nakatali, nakabalot o nakabuhol na magkakasama bilang iisang piraso.


Pinayuhan din ng airlines ang mga guest na lahat ng binili sa paliparan ay bahagi ng cabin baggage allowance at tanging duty-free items na naka-pack sa Security Tramper-Evident Bag (STEB), na may selyo (hanggang sa final destination ng guests) at may kasama na proof of purchases, ang pinapayagan sa cabin baggage allowance.

Para maiwasang maabala, inabisuan ng AirAsia anga mga guest nito na i-check-in ang anumang cabin cabbage na lampas sa pinapayagang timbang o size limits. Magpapatupad din ang AirAsia ng mahigpit na inspeksyon sa boarding gate na maaring magresulta sa gate baggage fee.
