YANG, LAO AT PHARMALLY EXECS, KAKASUHAN NG BLUE RIBBON

ISINAPUBLIKO na ni Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Senador Richard Gordon ang partial report nito sa kontrobersyal na overpricing ng ilang kompanya sa biniling personal protective equipment (PPE).

Sa ika-12 pagdinig ng BRC, isiniwalat ni Gordon ang rekumendasyon nila na kasuhan ang mga executive ng Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. executives, dating presidential adviser on economic affairs Michael Yang at DBM-procurement service chief Usec. Christopher Lloyd Lao.

“Ito po ay partial report at ayokong gamitin pa ito na mitsa na sabihin na tapusin na naman ang imbestigasyon. Marami na po diyan ang malalagay… si Michael Yang, si Christopher Lloyd Lao, ang Pharmally Pharmaceutical directors and officers. ‘Yan po ang preliminaries na

nakikita natin or partial report,”  ayon kay Gordon.

Posibleng kasuhan sina Yang at Pharmally executives Linconn Ong and Krizle Mago ng perjury or false testimony sa Senado.

Sinabi ni Gordon na maaaring kasuhan din ng falsification of public documents sina former officer-in-charge of the inspection division of the Procurement Service-Department of Budget (PS-DBM) Jorge Mendoza and PS-DBM Inspector Mervin Tanquintic.

Itoy matapos aminin ng dalawang opisyal sa nakaraang hearings na may dalawang beses na pirmado na agad ang inspection report sa inorder na PPEs habang nasa China pa at hindi pa naideliver sa bansa.

“Disobedience to summons, ayan sila [Pharmally executives] Linconn Ong, sina Mohit Dargani, Michael Yang, at saka Twinkle Dargani… violation of Bayanihan To Heal As One Act: Michael Yang, Pharmally Pharmaceutical [executives] Linconn Ong, Mohit Dargani, Krizle Grace Mago,” dagdag pa ni Gordon.

Iniimbestigahan ng blue ribbon committee ang kwestyunableng paglilipat ng Dept of Health ng  42 billion sa Procurement Service ng Department of Budget and Management kung saan higit sa P8.6 billion ng kontrata ang nakopo ng Pharmally.
