Inaprubahan na ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang uniform travel protocols para sa lahat ng local government units (LGUs).
Binuo ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) ang mga nasbaing uniform travel protocols para sa land, air and sea travels sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP), League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP), League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) at League of Cities of the Philippines.
Batay sa resolusyon ng IATF, hindi na oobligahin ang mga biyahero na sumailalim sa COVID-19 testing maliban na lamang kung ire-require ng local government unit (LGU) of destination ang COVID testing bago ang biyahe.
Maliban dito, hindi na kailangang sumailalim sa quarantine ang biyahero maliban na lamang kung nagpapakita ng sintomas gaya ng ubo, sipon, lagnat at pananakit ng lalamunan.
“Authorities shall continue to strictly implement the minimum public health standards, such as physical distancing, hand hygiene, cough etiquette, and wearing of face masks and face shields across all settings. Clinical and exposure assessment shall be strictly implemented in all ports of entry and exit while health assessment of passengers, supervised by medical doctors, shall be mandatory upon entry in the port/terminal and exit at point of destination,” ani Sec. Roque.
