Suspek sa pamamaslang sa broadcaster, sumuko ka na – PTFoMS

NANAWAGAN ang Presidential Task Force on Media Security (PTFoMS) sa natitirang suspek sa pagpatay kay Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro radio blocktimer Cresenciano Aldevino ‘Cris’ Bundoquin na sumuko na at harapin ang isasampang kaso laban sa kanya ng Philippine National Police (PNP).

Nagbabala rin si PTFoMS executive director Paul Guttierez sa mga nagkakanlong sa suspek na si Isabelo Lopez Bautista na natukoy bilang isa sa bumaril at pumatay kay Bondoquin, na maaring makasuhan ng obstruction of justice kapag napatunayan na tinutulungan nila ang suspek.

“The PTFoMS would like to commend our fellow members of the press, especially in Mindoro, and other concerned individuals who responded to our call for help and cooperation in solving this case by doing their own separate interviews and research and providing us of what they have uncovered,” saad niya.

“Their efforts are complementing the ongoing investigation and manhunt being done by the SITG Bundoquin of the Philippine National Police leading to this incident’s speedy resolution,” dagdag ni Gutierrez.

Nabatid na kasong muder at attempted murder ang inihain laban kay Bautista sa Calapan City Regional Trial Court.

Ayon kay Guttierez kalat na ang mga larawan ni Bautista na positibong kinilala ng pamilya ng biktima na bumaril dito.

“With his identity finally revealed, Bautista must now realize that his options are getting smaller by the day, including those harboring him,” giit niya Gutierrez. 
Sinabi rin ni Guttierez na na may kinalaman sa illegal gambling activities sa Mindoro Oriental at sa politika ang pamamaslang sa biktima.

Base sa nakalap na impormasyon, nagtatrabaho si Bautista sa perya sa Mindoro at nagda-drive para sa mga maimpluwensiyang indibidwal sa kanilang lalawigan.

Ayon kay Guttierez, isang police major at bigtime perya operator sa Mindoro ang iniimbestigahan na rin dahil sa posibleng pagkakasangkot sa pamamaslang kay Bundoquin.
