SARI-SARING BARIL, PAMPASABOG NAKOMPISKA (Sa San Juan, Batangas)

CAMP CAPINPIN, RIZAL – Nasamsam ng tropa ng gobyerno ang sari-saring mga baril at pampasabog na itinatago ng CPP-NPA-NDF sa San Juan, Batangas.

Ayon sa inilabas na kalatas, dahil sa ibinigay na impormasyon ng dating rebelde, naging matagumpay ang isinagawang combat operation ng tropa ng 59^th Infantry Battalion sa Barangay Sampirong Bata sa San Juan upang matagpuan ang ikinukubling mga armas at pampasabog na pagmamay-ari ng Southern Tagalog Regional Party Committee’s units na nag-o-operate sa naturang lugar.

Kabilang sa mga narekober ay dalawang M16 rifles, isang caliber 45 pistol, isang 6-kilogram improvised AP landmine, isang M16 rifles lower receiver, 200 na piraso ng .45mm live ammunition, 150 piraso ng 5.56mm live ammunition at isang improvised hand grenade.
