Balak ng Premier Volleyball League (PVL) na ilunsad ang unang pro season nito sa Abril 10, 2021. Gayunman, may ilang adjustments ang gagawin ang organizers.
Sa gayun ay mailatag ang akmang petsa para sa pagbabalik ng liga.
Ayon kay Sports Vision Management Group Inc. president Ricky Palou, target nito nung una ang Pebrero bilang simula ng season.
Subalit,ipinasya nilang iurong pa ng ilang pang buwan. Ayaw nilang masagasaan ang FIBA Asia Cup. Alanganin naman sa Marso dahil sa Holy Week.
“April 10 is the date we’re looking for because there’s an international tournament happening in February so we won’t compete with that,” ani Palou.
“We looked at March but it’s the Holy Week so we’ll take a break for one week.”
“We eventually decided to go for April, right after Holy Week.”
Ayon pa kay Palou, idaraos ang laro ng bubble type sa Inspire Sports Academy sa Calamba, Laguna.
Isasailalim din sa vaccine ang mga players.
“If we can then why not? If we can get the vaccines, then we’ll have less chances of getting the virus.”
“They say that tit’ll be available by March. If it’s available, then we’ll give the players,” aniya.
