Pamamahagi ng Navoschool-in-a-Box, sinimulan na ng DepEd

NAGSIMULA na ang Department of  Education (DepEd)-Navotas sa pamamahagi ng Navoschool-in-a-Box na naglalaman ng mga learning packets bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng klase sa Oktubre 5.

Bilang pagbibigay ng angkop ng proteksyon, mahigpit na ipinatupad ng DepEd-Navotas ang health protocols alinsunod sa panuntunan ng Department of Health (DOH) at at Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

Na-disinfect o na-sanitize ang mga learning packets bago ito ipinamigay at kasama ng DepEd-Navotas ang mga kinatawan ng local government unit, Philippine National Police at mga opisyal ng barangay sa distribusyon.

“To ensure health and safety protocols are followed, proper scheduling of box distribution was developed as parents and guardians come to school on staggered basis, by grade levels, sections and time,” pahayag ni Division Information and Communications Officer, Dr. Marco D. Meduranda.

Una sa listahan na binigyan ng learning materials ang Dagat-Dagatan Elementary School (DDES) na may 640 learners. Upang masiguro na masusunod ang physical distancing,  hinati ang schedule ng mga magulang na kukuha ng mga Navoschool-in-a-Box.

“Distribution of learning packets is expected to last until 15th day of September in SDO Navotas. Unclaimed boxes due to parents’ health or socio-economic constraints will be delivered through the Hatid Aral Project,” dagdag ni Meduranda. Ang Navotas ay may 15 elementary schools at siyam na secondary schools.
