PAHAYAG NI TIANGCO SA PANAWAGAN NG DILG SA MGA GENERAL AT COLONEL NA MAG-RESIGN

NAGBIGAY ng kanyang pahayag si Navotas City Mayor John Rey Tiangco sa panawagan ni Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Benjamin “Benhur” Abalos na magsumite ng kanilang courtesy resignation ang mga General at Colonel ng Philippine National Police (PNP) na sangkot umano sa iligal na droga.

“We bow to the wisdom of Sec. Abalos in asking all generals and colonels of the Philippine National Police to tender their courtesy resignation amid the “ninja cops” issue,” ani Tiangco.

“For sure, his pronouncement was borne out of vital intelligence reports and information that he posseses as a long-time chief executive and the current DILG chief,” dagdag niya.

 “Cleaning house is by no means easy, but it is crucial as we strive to root out the drug problem,” aniya.

Ipinapakita lamang aniya nito kung gaano kaseryoso at katapat si Sec. Abalos upang puksain ang iligal na droga.
