Naglabas na ng labor advisory ang Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) hinggil sa mapang-abuso na ‘no vaccination, no work’ policy ng ilang employers at business owners.
Naunang nananawagan ang Associated Labor Unions (ALU) ang pinakamalaking samahan ng mga unyon sa bansa na i-prohibit ang no vaccination, no work policy dahil ito ay coercive, harassments at discriminatory.
Ayon sa advisory na inilabas kahapon, establishments and employers shall endeavor to encourage their employees to get vaccinated and any any employees who refuses or fails to be vaccinated shall be not discriminated against or terminated from employment.
All cost of vaccination in the workplace shall be borne by the covered establishments and employers. The latter shall not pass on the cost, directly or indirectly, tp the employees, ayon sa advisory.
O ayan ha, malinaw ang guidelines.
