“Today is a bittersweet moment for me,” saad ni Nograles sa isang video.
“To my Civil Service Commission family, allow me to let my heart out for once and express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to everyone as I leave the CSC to embark on another chapter. Another journey as a public servant,” dagdag niya.
Sinabi rin ni Nograles na sa kanyang maikli ngunit makabuluhang panahon sa CSC, “you have done more than just to support me in carrying out these programs you have moved me with your commitment and dedication to public service.” “It is because of you that I now feel compelled to return to my roots in Davao City. You’ve shown me the true potential and power of a dynamic and driven bureaucracy. What can be achieved when good people come together,” ayon kay Nograles.
“While I am stepping away from the CSC to pursue a different road in public service, I leave with great confidence in all of you. I believe that the CSC with its dedicated personnel and culture of excellence will continue to steer our Philippine bureaucracy to new heights,” dagdag niya.
Paolo Duterte.
