Quezon MTF-ELCAC kinilala bagong People’s Organization ng dating 899 former NPA supporters

Kinilala ng Lopez Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict ang bagong People’s Organization ng dating 899 supporter ng CPP-NPA-NDF sa isinagawang seremonya sa Lopez, Quezon.

Sa isang disaffiliation ceremony na pinangasiwaan ni Public Attorney’s Office and Lopez Municipal Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict Chairman Hon. Mayor Rachel Ubana, pormal nang binawi ng dating 39 miyembro ng Malisyang Bayan, 20 Sangay ng Partido ng Lokalidad at 840 NPA supporters ang kanilang suporta sa CPP-NPA-NDFF at nangako na magkakaisa upang suportahan ang gobyerno at lumikha ng bagong People’s Organization na tutulong sa ikauunlad ng kanilang komunidad.

Samantala, nagbigay ang 2^nd Army Station Hospital and Dental Detachment mula as 2^nd Infantry Division ng Philippine Army ng medical at dental services, na sinundan ng awarding ng economic assistance sa 6 na dating rebelde ng P120,000 mula sa DSWD Quezon sa ilalim ng Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program o E-CLIP.

Sinaksihan ang aktibidad nina 2nd Infantry Division Commander Maj. Gen. Roberto S. Capulong, 201st Infantry Brigade Commander Brig. Gen. Norwyn Romeo P. Tolentino kasama ang Provincial Director ng Quezon Police Provincial Office at Quezon PTF-ELCAC member agencies.

Kasunod nito, nagbigay din ang Department of Public Works and Highways, ROTARY CLUB District 3820 at LGUs ng grocery items sa mga constituents na dumalo sa nasabing programa.
