“NPC was built almost three decades ago. It is high time that we upgrade its facilities to make it more conducive for learning, improve the overall school experience of our students and teachers, and help enhance its delivery of quality education,” ani Mayor Tiangco.
“Our city government puts premium on education because we believe in its power to transform lives. We want Navoteño youth to have free access to high-quality tertiary learning, and be able to gain the knowledge and develop the skills and character they need to succeed in life,” dagdag niya.
“Long before the enactment of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, NPC has already provided tuition-free learning. We offered scholarships to ease the financial burden of students and enable them to complete their schooling,” pahayag ni Cong. JRT.
