Personnel of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) inspected the Philippine Earth Data Resource and Observation (PEDRO) Center’s ground receiving station antenna, which uses data from Philippine satellites DIWATA-1 and -2 to aid in disaster response, agriculture, environment monitoring, and more, at Diliman in Quezon City, February 5, 2024. The Philippines will collaborate with NASA to study air quality in Metro Manila, with Filipino specialists joining research flights to learn from NASA scientists.
