Bicam ang Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act, aprubado na

Inaprubahan na sa isinagawang bicameral conference committee na binubuo ng Senado at House of Representatives ang pagkakatatag ng mekanismo.

Kung saan, magiging daan ng agarang pagtugon sa maintenance at rehabilitation of transmission, sub-transmission at distribution lines.

Magandang balita! Aprubado na ng Bicam ang Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act. Kapag naisabatas, masisiguro na tuloy-tuloy ang daloy ng kuryente sa bawat tahanan.

Sa ganito ay matitiyak ang  uninterrupted conveyance of electricity  mula sa power plants patungo sa mga consumers.

Ayon kay Senator Win Gatchalian, chair of the Senate Committee on Energy at primary author at sponsor of the bill in the Senate, ang Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act ay ikalimang measure ng na inaprubahan ng Bicameral Conference Committee on Energy  noong 17th Congress.

“I think this is the most number of bills that the Energy Committee has passed in recent memory, and I would like to thank our colleagues in the House,”saad ni Sen. Gatchalian .

“Hindi po mangyayari ito kung the House and the Senate will not work together.”
