“Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, loving environment. Bahay Kalinga is a symbol of our commitment to ensuring that even the most vulnerable among us are given the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential,” pahayag ni Mayor Tiangco.
“Our goal is to nurture these children, helping them restore their self-worth and confidence as they reintegrate into society. We will also make sure to provide opportunities for them to finish their education and help them achieve their dreams,” dagdag niya.
