PINANGUNAHAN ni CDC President and CEO Manuel R. Gaerlan (ikalawa mula sa kanan( ang blood donation program na inorganisa ng Dugong Alay, Dugtong Buhay, Inc. sa pakikipagtulungan ng  Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons of the Philippines, Clark Development Corporation, PAF Air Reserve Command at Masonic District R-III Pampanga. Nasa larawan din sina (mula kaliwa pakanan)  District Deputy Grand Master R-III Pampanga Felixberto Paras,  Deputy Group Commander 23rd Airforce Group Reserve (PAF) Maj. Rolando Rodolfo, and  2nd Air Force Reserve Center (ARCEN-PAF)  Lt. Col Joan Dalmacio. Ginanap ang blood letting drive kahapon, Agosto 1, 2021 sa Clark Bicentennial Park (CDC-CD Photo).
