Robredo negatibo; 4 staff ng OVP positibo sa COVID-19

PANSAMANTALANG suspendido ang operasyon ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) matapos magpositibo sa coronavirus disease ang apat sa mga staff na kabilang sa COVID-19 response ng tanggapan.

Ayon kay Atty. Barry Gutierrez, tagapagsalita ng OVP, isang staff ng tanggapan ang unang nag-positibo noong nakaraang linggo.

Dahil dito, agad isinailalim sa test ang mga concerned personnel ng tanggapan, kasama na si Vice President Leni Robredo. Matapos nito ay natukoy na positibo ang tatlong iba pang staff.

Negatibo naman sa test ang pangalawang pangulo.

“The office has already started contact tracing procedures to identify all those who have interacted with the four staffers that tested positive.”

“But as a consequence of this unfortunate development, office operations at the OVP will temporarily be suspended to make way for a full disinfection procedure.”

Sa kabila nito, nangako si Gutierrez na itutuloy pa rin ng tanggapan ang nasimula nitong pag-aabot ng tulong sa mga nangangailangan ngayong pandemic.
