Kabilang sa apat na programs ay ang Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship.

“We congratulate QCU for its latest achievement. This is a proof of our steadfast desire to provide QCitizens with an excellent educational program that is at par or even exceeds the standards set by private learning institutions,” ayon kay QC Mayor Joy Belmonte. “Our sincerest gratitude to Mayor Joy Belmonte and her administration for her full support in making QCU the best local government-run university in Metro Manila, if not the entire country,” saad naman ni Dr. Atienza.
