Rank-and-file workers unions members suportado sina BBM at Sara

NAGPAHAYAG ng suporta ang All Workers Alliance Trade Unions (AWATU) at Confederation of Labor and Allied Social Services (CLASS) sa kandidatura ni Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr at kanyang running-mate na si Mayor Sara Duterte kasunod ng ilang consultation meetings sa mga miyembro mula sa listahan ng iba pang mga aspirante.

Kaakibat ng Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP), ang CLASS at AWATU ay mga labor federations na may mga local unionized rank-and-file workers sa iba’t ibang enterprises sa manufacturing, services at agro-business industries.

“The AWATU labor federation officials and members are giving our support to presidential and vice presidential candidates Ferdinand” Bongbong” Marcos and Sara Duterte in the forthcoming national elections in May this year,” saad ni Tem Dejon, AWATU National President.

“Majority of our members saw in Bongbong and Sara the qualities needed to lead our country out of the pandemic economic and health crises the COVID-19 had brought upon us. We believe they possess the needed leadership track record and strenght of character to rally, inspire and unite most of our people out of the current crises,” dagdag ni Dejon.

Higit pa rito, sinabi ni CLASS-TUCP President Concepcion “Chit” Dodd, na may malinaw na pagkakaunawaan sina Marcos at Duterte-Carpio pagdating sa isyu ng national at local levels.

“The ordinary workers saw in former Senator Marcos and Mayor Sara they understand the dire circumstances of workers and their families and knows how to get things done to address them. These are the primary reasons why both Bongbong and Inday Sara resonates with our union members from all the other candidates, ” saad ni Dodd.
